England: First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)
For applications under section 27A or section 20C of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985: £114 application fee and £227 hearing fee, set by the Court and Tribunal Fees (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2026, in force 13 July 2026. Some other application types are £200 and £300. The form shows the fee.
Wales: Leasehold Valuation Tribunal
